PRODUCT OVERVIEW -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Simpronics HydroSense is a microcontrolled smart level controller designed to automatically regulate water pumps for residential, commercial, and agricultural tanks. It monitors overhead (OHT) and underground (UGT) tanks concurrently, protecting pumps from dry-running and preventing water overflow. 2. OPERATING PRINCIPLES -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - Pump triggers ON when: UGT has sufficient water AND OHT water level falls below OHT-L. - Pump triggers OFF when: OHT water level reaches OHT-H OR UGT water level drops below UGT-L. - Dry-Run Protection: If pump is ON but sensor OHT-L does not detect water within 180 seconds, the controller enters dry-run lockout mode. 6.
